Our Unique DX Approach
While digital technology undeniably advances convenience and services,leading to a richer society, we recognize that an overemphasis on efficiency can inadvertently diminish human communication and impede the preservation of professional experience, pride, and valuable traditions.

Therefore, we define “DX” differently. For us, it transcends mere”systemization” or “digitization.” Our DX strategy is fundamentally about connecting the people behind the processes and fostering diverse human communication. At its core, our approach to DX is driven by “human growth,””communication,” and “teamwork”?the very elements that are central to ourmanagement policy.

We meticulously integrate advanced digital technology into our customer services, aiming to provide new surprises and genuinely moving experiences(CX). We believe in sharing these exceptional moments with our customers.
This guiding “CX x DX” business model concept empowers us to achieve our objectives swiftly and effectively, creating new value that consistently exceeds customer expectations. We actively leverage external networks through collaborative partnerships, avoiding self-monopoly, and sharing new digital technologies?including those in emerging fields like TRADE and FINTECH, beyond traditional logistics.

Technologies Powering Our DX

Since 2020, we have successfully implemented Robotic Process Automation(RPA) to automate data processing across our services, including transport,warehousing, and auto maintenance. From 2022, we began utilizing existing System Integration (SI) package software for our general business processes, while simultaneously developing dozens of in-house low-code/no-code applications specifically for our core, differentiating services. These custom applications serve as effective Business Process Reengineering (BPR) tools, particularly for SMEs. We actively share these practical field use cases with our external networks, thereby strengthening our entire ecosystem.

DX Supporting Structure

In 2022, we established a dedicated Sales Planning Department to champion our digital technology strategy. This department is tasked with building the necessary organizational structure and fostering talent critical for successful DX implementation. Collaborating with the executive board, the Sales Planning Department defines the direction of our DX initiatives,promotes RPA and application development, and actively leverages external System Engineer (SE) expertise. To further accelerate our strategy, we plan to expand the Sales Planning Department and increase our engagement with external SE contracts.

IT Systems & Digital Technology Environment

We proactively address the development of our IT systems and digital technology environment, ensuring it robustly supports our digital strategy.
These critical discussions take place during our bi-monthly executive meetings. Additionally, the DX Promotion Committee convenes monthly, or on an ad-hoc basis, to thoroughly cover technology, architecture, operation,and Return on Investment (ROI). Each business division is encouraged to propose solutions (whether on-premise, cloud-based, pay-as-you-go, or SaaS), which are then discussed and feedback is provided by the committee.
Executives make final judgments during comprehensive workflow application reviews. This rigorous process not only ensures seamless system adoption but also actively promotes organizational engagement and widespread application use.
